• Project Engagement
Every project begins with a clear discussion of your requirements, timeline, and deliverables. Work officially starts only after the agreed advance payment has been successfully received.
• Payments
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your project. The remaining balance must be cleared before the delivery of final design files.
All advance payments are non-refundable once the project has been confirmed.
Applicable taxes and international transaction fees are the client’s responsibility where applicable.
• Revisions
The number of revisions included depends on your selected package or quotation.
Any additional revisions, concepts, or design requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Project Timeline
Project timelines begin after payment confirmation.
Timelines may be adjusted if client feedback or required content is delayed.
• Ownership & Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.
All concepts, drafts, rejected directions, source files, and creative explorations remain the intellectual property of Jaherat Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been agreed upon.
• Trademark Responsibility
While every project is created with originality in mind, clients are responsible for conducting trademark availability and legal verification before registration.
Jaherat Design is not responsible for trademark approval or legal disputes arising after project completion.
• Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals throughout the project. Extended communication delays may affect project timelines.
• Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, payment will be due for all completed work. Advance payments remain non-refundable.
• Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared during the project will be treated with discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission.
• File Delivery
Final files will be delivered after full payment has been received. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing all delivered files.
• Governing Law

• Project Scope
The scope of work is limited to the services outlined in the approved quotation or invoice. Any additional features, pages, integrations, or functionality requested after approval will be quoted separately.
• Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the final website, source files, or administrative access are delivered.
• Timeline
Project timelines begin only after the advance payment, required content, credentials, and final approvals have been received. Delays caused by missing information or client communication may extend the delivery schedule.
• Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all required content, images, brand assets, product information, domain and hosting access, payment gateway credentials, and any other materials necessary to complete the project.
• Revisions
Revisions are limited to the number specified in the quotation. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Third-Party Services
Unless specifically included in the quotation, premium themes, plugins, Shopify apps, APIs, booking platforms, payment gateways, hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, business email services, and other third-party subscriptions are not included and remain the client’s responsibility.
• Website Performance
Website performance depends on hosting quality, server resources, internet connection, third-party services, and other external factors. Jaherat Design does not guarantee specific loading speeds, SEO rankings, PageSpeed scores, or business results.
• Website Compatibility
Websites are developed to function on current versions of major web browsers and are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Minor differ- ences between browsers or devices shall not be considered defects.
• Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final approved website is transferred upon full payment. All drafts, concepts, unused designs, source materials, and development assets remain the intellectual property of Jaherat Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Maintenance & Support
Website maintenance, content updates, backups, plugin updates, security monitoring, and future enhancements are not included unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement.
• Security & Backups
Reasonable security practices are implemented during development. After project delivery, the client is responsible for website security, passwords, hosting environment, and regular backups.
• Portfolio Rights
Unless restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Jaherat Design reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio, website, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Project Suspension & Cancellation
Projects may be suspended if required content, approvals, or communication are not received within a reasonable period. If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, completed work remains payable and advance payments are non-refundable.
• Limitation of Liability
Jaherat Design shall not be liable for issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, browser updates, plugin conflicts, cyberattacks, server failures, or future software changes beyond our control.
